NEW DELHI: India has informed Bangladesh about existence of terrorists and their training camps on its soil but Dhaka is yet to take effective action to curb anti-India activities, Home Minister Shivraj Patil said on Wednesday.

Replying to supplementaries on twin blasts in Hyderabad during Question Hour in Rajya Sabha, he said "we have shared information (about terrorists and their camps in Bangladesh). But, we are yet to see some effective action."

Information about anti-India activities and terrorists in Bangladesh has been shared with Dhaka at three levels - at the level of Director General of Police, at Joint Secretary level and at the level of Home Secretary, Patil said.

"But, the reply we get is that there are no terrorist camps there," he said.

Patil said Bangladesh is yet to agree on signing an extradition treaty with India. "We have sent documents (on the treaty) but they say they are considering and will take appropriate action."

On the twin blasts in Hyderabad, he said "we do have some clues. We are following these clues... we have given information (about the blast mastermind in Bangladesh) to the neighbouring country, we hope to get assistance."
